Ask a CC Expert for Board Members

What is “Ask a CC Expert for Board Members” all about? Well, they are Open Office Hours sessions where current clients/users who are Board Members can meet with members of the Condo Control team to ask a question and get help. Questions are answered live on a first asked basis and can be submitted via the Zoom Q&A function once connected. We hold several of these sessions at different times throughout the year.

Ask a CC Expert is geared towards best practice, strategy, or “how-to” type questions. Things like… “How can our residents contact the Board?” or “Can Board Members use Condo Control to approve Purchase Orders” or “What is the best way for the Board to be involved in resident violation tracking?”.

If you have other types of questions, we will do our best to answer those as well. Keep in mind, we spend about 5 mins max on each question and it’s 1 question per client/user. If you are new to Condo Control and looking for information on how other clients are using their workspace, feel free to join a session and just listen.
