SUMMARY:Ask a CC Expert for Property Managers
DESCRIPTION:What is “Ask a CC Expert for Property Managers” all about? Well\, they are Open Office Hours sessions where current clients/users who are Property Managers can meet with members of the Condo Control team to ask a question and get help. Questions are answered live on a first asked basis and can be submitted via the Zoom Q&A function once connected. We hold several of these sessions at different times throughout the year. \nAsk a CC Expert is geared towards best practice\, strategy\, or “how-to” type questions. Things like… “How can I add my Superintendent to Condo Control but with limited access?” or “I need to provide a report to the Board on Service Request activity\, how can I do that?” or “What are the best practices for the Unit File / resident data?”. \nIf you have other types of questions\, we will do our best to answer those as well. Keep in mind\, we spend about 5 mins max on each question and it’s 1 question per client/user. If you are new to Condo Control and looking for information on how other clients are using their workspace\, feel free to join a session and just listen. \nPlease Note: Technical questions that require in-depth troubleshooting are typically not suited for this format.
