If any of the above statements resonate with you, then the CC Live Training sessions are right up your alley! We know there is a lot to learn when it comes to Condo Control. Which is why each session will focus on a single module. That way, we can do a deep dive into the features and settings of the module.

You won’t see any PowerPoint slides in these sessions. They will be 100% live demonstration of the module via screenshare on Zoom. Also, throughout the session you will have the opportunity to ask questions. Depending on the complexity of the featured module and number of questions, some sessions will be short and sweet, others will be longer. Rest assured, your CC Trainer will make sure no question goes unanswered.

FYI: The training is conducted from the perspective of a Property Manager with access to all group permissions.

We hold several of these sessions at different times throughout the year. The featured module for this session is Amenity Booking (Setup). NOTE: This session will focus on the setup side of the module, the front facing side (using the module) will be covered in a separate session.
