Ask a CC Expert

What is “Ask a CC Expert” all about? Well, they are Open Office Hours sessions where current clients/users can meet with members of the Condo Control team to ask a question and get help. Questions are answered live on a first asked basis and can be submitted via the Zoom Q&A function once connected. We hold several of these sessions at different times throughout the year.

Ask a CC Expert is geared towards best practice, strategy, or “how-to” type questions. Things like… “What can I do to customize the look and feel of my workspace?” or “How can I eliminate the need for paper amenity booking forms and inspections?” or “Can I reduce back and forth communication by get all the information upfront when a resident is submitting a service request?”.

If you have other types of questions, we will do our best to answer those as well. Keep in mind, we spend about 5 mins max on each question and it’s 1 question per client/user. If you are new to Condo Control and looking for information on how other clients are using their workspace, feel free to join a session and just listen.
